Technical Support: Providing remote or on-site technical support for installation, connectivity, and related issues.
3. Customer Agreements
All customers must sign a service agreement prior to work. It outlines the scope, payment terms, and non-refundable policy. Once services are delivered, payment is due with no refunds.
4. Payment Terms
We operate on a "payment after service" basis. No charges are collected until service completion. An invoice will be provided after delivery.
Payments are non-refundable upon service completion as agreed in the service contract.
5. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:

6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable as stated in the agreement. Please review all terms carefully before signing and proceeding with services.

Future services may be canceled by giving at least 7 days written notice prior to the scheduled start. Late cancellations are subject to your agreement terms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (text, graphics, logos, software, etc.) is the property of Star Assist Pro or its licensors and is protected by law.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be addressed using the procedures in your agreement. Mediation or arbitration may be pursued if necessary.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
